Communication
We commit to listening to your ideas. we will tailor solutions that address your unique and specific needs and desires. Should you ever feel that you are not being heard or that a solution does not address your needs, we will take the time necessary to review your situation.
Quality workmanship
Your project will be supervised by an LBP and we guarantee to carry out quality assurance checks at every stage of the build project. If any issues are identified these will be rectified prior to signing off and proceeding with the next stage of the project. In the unlikely event an issue is missed we guarantee to remedy it fully.
Master Build Guarantee
As a registered Master Builder we offer you our market leading building Guarantee which allows you and your family to rest easy in the knowledge that, in the unlikely event that something does go wrong with your home build or renovation, Registered Master Builders will help resolve any issues and finish your home to the highest standard.
On budget and on schedule
We provide you with a project budget and scheduled completion date. In the event that aspects of the project should arise that will affect the budget or schedule we guarantee to communicate these to you and gain your agreement before proceeding.
Maintenance
We will provide you with a maintenance schedule at the end of your project and teach you how to maintain your home so that you can get the most life out of your investment.
Clean
On completion of your renovation or new build project we will have it cleaned to a professional standard. If we miss something we will come back and clean up. We take pride in the quality of our work, and want to present your project back to you at its best.
Relationship is key
We will introduce you to each of our team members so you know who is working on your project. Everyone on our team is friendly and approachable so, if we have someone new on site who you have not met, they will introduce themselves prior to commencing any work. We will do everything possible to ensure that you will love building with our team!
Care
We recognise that your project is not just “a job” but your home and life. We will show care and consideration for your home and everything in it. In the unlikely event that something becomes damaged or you feel uncomfortable at home during the project, we will repair / replace as appropriate and / or review our work methods.
